CIY Move: Senior High Students

CIY Move is more than a conference, more than a week of camp. Move, hands down, will be one of the most powerful and moving weeks of your life. We will spend a week diving into the theme of Contrast. This is where we will discover what it means to be a kingdom worker, how to be different and how to make a difference. There's a stark contrast between a life that's lived for the King and one that's lived for anyone or anything else. What are those differences? How should our lives be distinct? That's what this is all about. And the best part, we'll discover this together with our high school student ministry.

Conference Information

Dates: June 17-21, 2018 - We will meet at the church building at 8 a.m. on Sunday morning, and then we will return late Thursday evening.

Website and More Information: Visit so go check it out.

Cost: $304 + three meals and snack money. (If a family has two students going on a summer trip, then one student is full price and the other is $100.) Fundraising and scholarships are available. Meals during the week are provided in the cost. If finances are an issue, don't let that stop you from going. Simply ask Justin about a scholarship. Non-refundable deposit of $50 is due May 2.

Who, What and Where: CIY Move is on the campus of Anderson University in Anderson, Indiana. We'll be staying in the dorms of AU. It is open to rising 9th grade through graduated 12th grade students. During this trip, we want you to take steps toward Jesus and connect together with each other as a student ministry. Being a student can be hard, so don't do it alone.

Permission Slip: Parents need to fill out a permission slip prior to our departure.

What to Bring:

  • Bible, don't forget.
  • Clothes for the week, towels, washcloths, bedding, toothpaste, shampoo and all that stuff and any other stuff like that stuff.
  • Swimsuit, if you want.
  • Money for three meals and snacks.
  • Spending money, if you want. We will have an afternoon free, so we may have to make a run into Indianapolis.
  • Snacks, if you want.
  • Required forms, as all students will need to have signed permission slips.

What Not to Bring
