Love God. Love People.

As a church, we have always loved God and loved people. That's what has gotten us to this point, and that mission is going to keep us moving in the right direction.

Our new vision plan for the next several years is driving us as we continue to grow the kingdom of God. Our hope is that every single person who is touched by our church will become fully committed, wholly surrendered followers of Christ. We believe these are the things God is calling us to do as a church to lead our community into the presence and love of God.

Our Core Values

Go make disciples (Matthew 28:18-19).

Unconditional love for God and people, seeking the highest good.

We believe the whole gospel.

Exuberance for life.

Everything we do, we give God our best (1 Corinthians 3:13).

God can do anything, you know—far more than you could ever imagine or guess or request in your wildest dreams! He does it not by pushing us around but by working within us, his Spirit deeply and gently within us.”

We believe biblical faith is more than just mental agreement with a list of facts about Jesus. It begins with a faith-decision to trust the sacrifice of Jesus Christ to be the final payment for your sin and to follow him as the new leader of your life. This true faith in Jesus then naturally influences the thoughts and actions of the believer and is therefore evident in how the disciple actually lives.

We believe the Bible is God’s inspired word. Human authors under the supernatural guidance of the Holy Spirit wrote it. It is truth without any mixture of error and the final authority for all matters of faith and practice.

We believe the church is a community of people that Jesus set in motion and on mission to partner with Him in serving people and in carrying out His redemptive mission to save the world.

Jesus' Return

We believe Jesus Christ will return to this earth to judge the world, to gather those who have put their faith in Him and to punish those who have continued to rebel against Him. While the exact moment of His return will not be known, the fact that He will return should cause us to live with urgency and should be a great hope to everyone who trusts in Him.

Our Beliefs

We believe God is the one true God existing in three persons: Father, Son (Jesus), and the Holy Spirit, together they make up the Godhead (a.k.a. the Trinity). God is still working today as He has been throughout history to fulfill His redemptive plan.

We believe Jesus is the Son of God, both human and divine. Jesus Christ is eternally equal with, and the same as, God. Jesus was born of a virgin, lived a perfect life and ministered in word and miracle. He died for our sin, was raised from the dead, ascended to heaven and is coming again for His people.

Holy Spirit

We believe God is active in the lives of each believer through the Holy Spirit, providing counsel, comfort and guidance.

We believe we were created in God’s image for the purpose of reflecting His glory and to be in relationship with Him. We have been separated from God by our disobedience (also called “sin”). Mankind has no way of restoring this relationship. God’s free gift of grace, through Jesus, is the only way we can be brought back into a relationship with God.

We believe salvation is offered to all mankind through the name of Jesus through faith. The acceptance of this faith is accompanied by confessing Jesus, repentance of sin, baptism by immersion and living a new life with the help of God.  We know we will continue to make mistakes, but God's grace continues to cover us.
