ACC is committed to a global objective of spreading the Gospel. We currently support more than two dozen missionary families and individuals. This large missionary family requires a solid core of prayer and financial support, and participation of members of our congregation in missionary support groups. The purpose of our missions program is based firmly on Scripture. It can be summed up in 3 objectives:
- To share the Great Commission. (Matthew 28:19-20; Acts 1:8)
- To share Christ's compassion for a lost world. (Matthew 9:35-38)
- To minister to human need wherever we find it. (Matthew 25:31-46)
In addition to our support of various missionaries, we also support several local missions. By doing this we are able to provide food and clothing to those in difficult circumstances, help people rebuild their lives through encouragement, referral to appropriate community services and a clear presentation of the gospel of Jesus Christ.
